Every time she explores local cuisine, Vu Tu Linh from Uong Bi, Quang Ninh surprises those around her by effortlessly consuming four to five servings per meal - without gaining weight.

In a recent viral TikTok video, Tu Linh, known by her handle "Milo on Diet," filmed herself eating two bowls of beef pho, two servings of bread with beef stew, and one steak dish at a local eatery. Despite finishing a meal fit for four, she appeared energized and cheerful, praising every bite.
The restaurant owner, appearing in the clip, admitted he was stunned by Linh’s appetite, saying her order left him wide-eyed in disbelief.
This isn’t Linh’s first time going viral. Her mukbang videos regularly draw hundreds of thousands to millions of views. Whether it’s rice rolls, crab noodle soup, spicy noodles, or fish noodle soup, she often consumes four to five servings with ease, much to the amazement of nearby diners and restaurant staff.
Speaking to VietNamNet, Linh shared that she began creating mukbang content in late 2023. Originally, she aimed to launch a diet-themed channel to document her weight loss journey, hoping to inspire others. However, low viewership and the demanding video production process led her to pivot.
“I decided to showcase my real appetite by filming mukbangs at home. Surprisingly, those videos gained traction and drew in viewers,” she recalled.
Linh first noticed her unusual appetite in middle school when she constantly craved food and couldn't regulate her intake. Yet, despite her large meals, she never gained significant weight, leading her to embrace her natural eating habits.
Skeptical viewers often comment on her videos, suspecting tricks or dishonesty. Linh, however, attributes it all to her unique metabolism. “I usually skip breakfast, but I eat normally the rest of the day. I don’t exercise and don’t use any weight control products,” she said.
Since starting her mukbang journey, Linh finds joy in exploring food, meeting friendly vendors, and sharing culinary culture with a wider audience.
“I once ate four bowls of crab noodle soup at a local spot. Everyone there was stunned. The owner was so happy she gifted me a jar of pickled bamboo shoots. It’s rewarding to see how much they appreciate customers enjoying their food,” she said.
