On May 23, the final round of the Head to Head Challenge - one of the key segments of Miss World 2025 - was held with 24 outstanding contestants representing Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
Although she was not among those competing in this round, Vietnam’s representative, Y Nhi, attended the event to cheer on her fellow contestants. Dressed in a chic, form-fitting red suit, she stood out with her radiant, elegant look and confident demeanor.
One of the most heart-rending moments came during the presentation by Suchata Chuangsri of Thailand - Y Nhi’s roommate - who shared her journey of overcoming breast cancer at just 16 years old. Her powerful narrative about battling the illness and advocating for women's health awareness deeply moved the Vietnamese contestant.

Y Nhi broke down in tears during the story, stepping forward to tightly embrace Suchata. The heartfelt display of support drew empathy from the other contestants, who gathered to comfort and encourage her.
In the end, the judges announced four winners of the Head to Head Challenge, each securing a direct ticket to the Top 40 at Miss World 2025: Anna-Lise Nanton (Trinidad & Tobago), Faith Bwalya (Zambia), Millie-Mae Adams (Wales), and Idil Bilgen (Turkey).
On the evening of May 24, Y Nhi will compete in the Top Model segment - one of her strongest areas. This stage offers a critical opportunity to showcase her catwalk technique, stage presence, and fashion flair in front of the international judging panel.
