This round was led by Argor Capital, with continued participation from existing investors including Square Peg, Northstar Ventures, Appworks, and Phoenix Holdings. The latest funding brings AI Hay’s total capital raised to over USD 18 million.

This marks a significant milestone for AI Hay in its mission to provide over 100 million Vietnamese people with smart, accessible, and practical AI tools - especially in the field of education - completely free of charge.
With the new capital, AI Hay plans to expand its web platform, develop new features, further integrate AI into education and entertainment, and build intelligent AI assistants to help Vietnamese users easily access and apply AI in daily life.
“This investment is a vital financial resource that enables us to create a mainstream AI tool for every Vietnamese. It reflects the growing trust of global investors in Vietnamese intelligence, in products built by Vietnamese engineers, and in Vietnam’s determination to popularize AI, as outlined in Resolution 57,” said Tran Quang Duc, CEO of AI Hay.
Founded in 2021 by a team of Vietnamese IT engineers and AI PhDs based in the U.S., AI Hay aims to reshape how Vietnamese people search for and share knowledge. Leveraging generative AI and social network interactivity, the platform allows users to ask any question and receive accurate, trustworthy answers with transparent citations, all tailored to Vietnamese culture and language.
In addition to promoting access to knowledge, AI Hay fosters an interactive community where users can share insights, discuss ideas, and contribute opinions - creating a modern and respectful learning environment.
Siddharth Pisharody, Partner at Argor Capital, expressed admiration for the capabilities and vision of AI Hay’s founding team. He believes that the blend of cutting-edge technology and deep cultural understanding is key to the platform’s appeal.
“Argor Capital is proud to partner with AI Hay in bringing free AI access to everyday life in Vietnam, helping position the country as a regional innovation leader,” Pisharody said.
Recognizing the vital role of education in spreading knowledge and technology, AI Hay is steadily integrating AI into this field. The app currently leads download charts in the “Education” category on Vietnam’s App Store and CH Play and is the only AI app from Southeast Asia to rank among the top 10 most-used AI apps in the region, according to Sensor Tower (May 2025).
