Vietnam–Finland International School, operated by Ton Duc Thang University, currently holds the title of the most expensive public school in Ho Chi Minh City, with annual tuition reaching nearly 700 million VND (approx. $28,000).

The school has just announced its tuition fees for the 2025–2026 academic year, applicable to all grades and programs.

For the international curriculum from grades 1 to 12, tuition ranges from 457,590,000 VND to 639,240,000 VND (approx. $18,300–$25,600). Specifically, for grades 1 through 5, tuition is set at 457,590,000 VND. A 10% discount applies if the full-year payment is made before May 28, reducing the fee to 411,831,000 VND; a 5% discount applies for payments made before July 17, totaling 434,710,500 VND. If paid in two separate installments for the academic year, the fee rises to 494,190,000 VND.

For grades 6 and 7, the annual tuition is 499,230,000 VND (approx. $20,000). Early payment discounts apply: 449,307,000 VND before May 28, and 474,268,500 VND before July 17. For two installments, the total reaches 539,170,000 VND.

Grades 8 to 10 are charged 525,690,000 VND (approx. $21,100). The early payment incentives are also available at this level, with the two-installment total climbing to 567,750,000 VND.

The highest tuition applies to grades 11 and 12, set at 639,240,000 VND per year. If paid in two installments, the total reaches 690,380,000 VND (approx. $27,700). A 5–10% discount is offered for advance payment by May 28 or July 17.

For the bilingual program, tuition fees from grades 1 to 12 range from 246,162,000 VND to 313,740,000 VND (approx. $9,850–$12,500).

According to the school’s policy, annual tuition or the first semester’s fee must be paid before the school year starts; second semester tuition is due before that semester begins. If payment is not made on time, a late fee of 0.05% per day on the outstanding amount will be charged. After 15 days past the deadline, the student will be temporarily suspended, and their academic records withheld until the balance is paid in full.

In addition to tuition, other fees at the Vietnam–Finland International School amount to several million VND. The application fee is 2,250,000 VND (approx. $90) for grades 1 to 5 and 4,500,000 VND (approx. $180) for grades 6 to 12. The enrollment deposit for the international track is 25,000,000 VND (approx. $1,000) and 15,000,000 VND (approx. $600) for the bilingual track. Parents opting for the school’s transportation service may pay up to 22,000,000 VND (approx. $880) per academic year.
