Nguyen Trong Nghia, Head of the Central Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization.
General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense.
General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security.
Nguyen Khac Dinh, Vice Chair of the National Assembly and Head of the Subcommittee on Legal Documents and Complaints & Petitions.
Nguyen Duc Hai, Vice Chair of the National Assembly and Head of the Information and Communication Subcommittee.

Previously, on June 25, the National Assembly passed a resolution to establish the National Election Council with 19 members.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man serves as Chair of the National Election Council.

The National Election Council, formed by the National Assembly, is responsible for organizing elections of National Assembly deputies and directing and guiding elections of People’s Council deputies at all levels. The Council operates from the National Assembly building, has its own seal, is funded by the state budget, and has the authority to mobilize staff from government agencies and organizations to fulfill its responsibilities.

The Council concludes its term after submitting a report to the new National Assembly on the election results and confirmation of deputies' credentials.
