Authorities swiftly arrived at the scene and confirmed the victim had died. Initial findings suggest the accident was self-caused, possibly occurring as the victim was navigating a dangerous curve in the road.

At the site, police discovered a large-displacement motorcycle with license plate 43H1-351.xx had plunged into a roadside drainage ditch. The victim's body was found on a curbside barrier nearby.

The deceased was identified as M.M.D, born in 1997 and holding U.S. citizenship. He was temporarily residing in an apartment in An Hai Ward, Da Nang.

The Son Tra District Fire and Rescue Police Department deployed a rescue vehicle to assist in retrieving the motorcycle and supporting the ongoing investigation.

Local authorities are currently conducting a forensic examination of the scene and the body to determine the exact cause of the accident.
