Located on Chau Long Street in Truc Bach Ward (Ba Dinh District), Mrs. Ty C is one of the most beloved pork offal spots in Hanoi. It’s praised for the freshness of its dishes, cleanliness, reasonable prices, and spacious, well-ventilated setting equipped with fans and air conditioning.
The menu features a variety of offal dishes, from porridge to stir-fried intestines, fried pork innards, and boiled offal platters. Food connoisseurs say the offal here is expertly prepared - tender, naturally sweet, and odor-free.
Prices are wallet-friendly: a bowl of porridge costs about 35,000 VND ($1.40), while a plate of offal for two is around 160,000 VND ($6.30). Stir-fried intestines and fried pork brain are priced at 140,000 VND (~$5.50) per portion for two.
Thuy Canh Offal Eatery

Found on Co Ban Street in Ha Dong District, Thuy Canh is a go-to spot for locals and visitors alike, known for its wide variety of pork offal dishes, including liver, stomach, and intestines.
Though “se dieu” intestine (a rare delicacy) isn’t always available, regulars recommend trying the restaurant’s dau long (the first section of the small intestine), which is crisp, flavorful, and nearly rivals the prized “se dieu” in quality.
A highlight here is the boiled offal served in a ceramic pot kept warm by a candle - ensuring the food remains piping hot throughout the meal. While slightly more expensive than average, the eatery wins fans with its fresh ingredients, welcoming atmosphere, and attentive service.
Mrs. Tinh Offal

A longtime favorite previously located on Dai Co Viet Street, Ba Tinh Offal has recently relocated to Le Dai Hanh Street in Hai Ba Trung District. Despite the move, its popularity remains strong.
The menu sticks to its traditional offerings: hotpot, mixed offal platters, stir-fried intestines, porridge, braised peppered pork stomach, and garlic-fried tail tips. The eatery operates all day, but regulars suggest arriving early for the freshest cuts.
